About the Role

Reporting to the shift manager, this position is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, delivering warm service, and contributing to a lively hospitality setting. You will be expected to greet guests confidently, build positive rapport with members, and provide fast, friendly service across the venue. The role also calls for initiative, a willingness to learn, and the ability to grow within the job.

Key Duties

• Serve alcoholic beverages efficiently while following RSA standards and compliance requirements.
• Deliver prompt and courteous service to members and guests.
• Clear and reset tables and keep service areas clean and orderly.
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions.
• Use internal systems to process and place orders.
• Maintain hygiene standards in food handling and presentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patrons and fellow staff.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should be available across a seven-day roster or have strong flexibility, as shifts may run from 7:00am to 4:00am. A positive attitude, a genuine desire to help others, and strong customer service skills are essential. You must also hold current RSA and RCG certifications. Because the role involves regular physical activity, the ability to handle manual tasks and spend long periods on your feet is important.
