About the Role

This position is part of the food and beverage team at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. It is a full-time, non-management role based onsite at the Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Barsha 1 location. The role is focused on creating a memorable guest experience through attentive service, quality presentation, and smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

You will help deliver food and beverage service that feels personal and well-coordinated. The job goes beyond serving items; it is about making each interaction part of the overall guest experience.

• Set up tables and service areas as needed.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to support timely service.
• Interact with guests and serve food and beverages professionally.
• Keep work areas and service supplies clean and organized.
• Contribute to a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Work Standards and Physical Requirements

Success in this role requires attention to safety, consistency, and professional presentation. You will be expected to follow company procedures, uphold quality expectations, and maintain a polished appearance and communication style.

• Manage items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

The preferred background for this role includes a high school diploma or GED, along with some related experience. No supervisory background or special license is required.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• No previous supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification needed.
