Role Overview

The bartender will be responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service in a luxury hospitality setting, combining technical drink-making ability with warm guest interaction and strong operational care.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and present a range of beverages, including wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and specialty drinks, with skill and creativity.
• Welcome guests, take beverage orders, and contribute to a positive and memorable experience at every interaction.
• Keep the bar area, tools, and equipment clean, well-maintained, and secure at all times.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Create standout guest moments through service that consistently goes beyond expectations.
• Stay current on menu items and beverage offerings so recommendations are accurate, helpful, and engaging.

Required Background

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in bartending, bar service, or mixology, along with a solid customer service background in medium to large hotels.
• Previous experience or formal training in hospitality, ideally in a star-rated hotel or a busy restaurant environment.
• Ability to deliver beverages with strong presentation standards while working efficiently and professionally.
• Consistent attention to beverage quality, food safety, and compliance requirements.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a commitment to providing a five-star guest experience.
