- Work with global factories and engineering groups on configuration, development, and capacity planning for products and services.
- Evaluate technical and commercial risks during the bid stage, propose mitigations, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in steam or gas turbine engineering, project execution, bid management, or a similar technical function.
- Experience dealing directly with customers, including clarifying requirements and taking part in technical and commercial contract discussions.
- Solid engineering knowledge, including the ability to interpret drawings and understand core design concepts.
- Background in managing complex bids or proposals for capital equipment.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to weigh technical, business, and risk factors.
