This role is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, at Hingna T Point.

Role Overview

The company is looking for a Business Development Executive to support sales growth by finding prospective clients, handling inbound interest, running outreach, and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high-potential clients and understand their business needs.
• Generate sales opportunities through follow-ups on inbound leads as well as outbound cold calling and email outreach.
• Build, update, and grow the prospect database.
• Conduct online product demonstrations using tools such as TeamViewer, Zoom, and AnyDesk.
• Handle incoming queries through email and phone.
• Negotiate commercial terms and work toward closing deals.

Experience and Communication Expectations

Candidates should bring prior inside sales experience, confidence in handling a high volume of calls, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Good listening ability and presentation skills are also important.

Preferred Background

Applicants with software sales experience will be given priority.
