Role Summary

This part-time, on-site position in Singapore is responsible for driving business development initiatives for healthcare-centric and lifestyle real estate opportunities across APAC. The role includes identifying and assessing potential investments and development prospects, generating leads, building a strong pipeline, and carrying out early-stage market analysis.

Key Duties

The Business Development Manager will develop and maintain relationships with investors, partners, consultants, and other key stakeholders, while representing the company during meetings, industry events, and site visits. The position also supports the creation of proposals, investment presentations, and financial summaries, and works closely with internal teams to ensure business development activities are aligned with fund and project objectives. In addition, the role tracks market movements, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to guide business decisions and improve market entry strategies.

Qualifications

Applicants should have strong experience in business development and relationship management, with a proven ability to establish and sustain partnerships with investors, property owners, and strategic collaborators. Background in real estate, private equity, asset management, or a related investment field is preferred, especially with exposure to healthcare or lifestyle projects in the APAC region. The role calls for the ability to research markets, assess opportunities, and contribute to financial and commercial evaluation of projects. Candidates should also be comfortable preparing presentations, investment materials, and clear written communications for both internal and external audiences.

Additional Requirements
