About the Role
The team is hiring an early-career sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the EMEA Business Development function. This position will play an important part in shaping outbound sales practices, influencing product direction through market feedback, and helping generate revenue in a growing region.
The role focuses on outbound prospecting and qualification of mid-market customers across EMEA. It offers the chance to help define sales processes, support pipeline creation for the Account Executive team, and contribute to the evolution of the company’s presence in the region.
Key Outcomes
- Build a strong understanding of the platform and the competitive environment.
- Plan and run targeted outbound campaigns using tailored messaging across multiple channels.
- Work closely with marketing on regional campaign efforts.
- Use proven sales methods to prospect into new accounts.
- Keep CRM information complete, current, and accurate.
- Support the creation of playbooks and the broader sales motion.
- Take ownership of pipeline-generation activities and approach.
- Develop product expertise with a view toward progressing into an Account Executive position and delivering persona-specific demos.

Compensation and Benefits
The company offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Pay for this position is influenced by factors such as location, role scope, complexity, and the candidate’s background and expertise. The estimated on-target earnings, including base salary and incentive pay, are €70,000 per year.
