Role Overview
The company is hiring for an Inbound-focused Business Development Representative or Client Partner role. The position centers on managing incoming opportunities, moving prospects through the sales journey, and working closely with internal experts to shape solutions that match client needs.
Compensation
- Business Development Representative: PLN 10,800 to 16,800 per month before tax on a long-term B2B contract, plus 16 paid days off and bonuses.
- Business Development Representative: PLN 9,000 to 14,000 gross per month on an employment contract, plus bonuses.
- Client Partner: PLN 14,400 to 22,800 per month before tax on a long-term B2B contract.
- Client Partner: PLN 12,000 to 19,000 gross per month on an employment contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of inbound sales activities across mid-market accounts and selected enterprise clients.
- Assess and engage leads coming from marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and content-led initiatives.
- Build relationships with decision-makers such as C-level executives, Product Heads, Procurement teams, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Run the complete sales process from discovery and qualification through solution design, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
- Work with presales, delivery teams, and CoE leaders in Commerce, Applied AI, and Innovation Engineering to craft tailored proposals for inbound opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and go-to-market teams to improve funnel performance, strengthen MQL-to-SQL conversion, and refine messaging.
- Monitor key metrics including conversion, sales cycle speed, pipeline value, margin contribution, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized pipeline, accurate forecasts, and clean CRM records with strong ownership.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience for the Business Development Representative track, or 5+ years for the Client Partner track, in business development, client partnership, or consultative selling within IT services or software engineering companies.
- Hands-on experience handling inbound sales processes and qualifying marketing-generated leads in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
- Ability to manage several inbound opportunities at once while staying responsive, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
- Proven success in turning inbound opportunities into closed software or IT services deals across markets such as the US, Canada, UK & Ireland, BeNeLux, Scandinavia, Poland, DACH, or GCC.
- Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to quickly earn trust and guide prospects through purchasing decisions.
- Capability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles and close mid-sized deals up to PLN 900,000.
- Solid understanding of IT service delivery models, including Time & Material, Fixed Price, Managed Services, and Retainers.
- Strong discovery skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solution proposals.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-management abilities.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment where pace, accountability, and proactive communication matter.
- Excellent English and Polish at C1+ level; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Background in AI, data-led commerce, personalization, or analytics-driven transformation.
- Knowledge of digital commerce platforms and ecosystems such as Shopify, SAP Commerce, Salesforce, OMS, PIM/MDM, or headless architectures.
- Understanding of AI-first software engineering and automation trends.
