It is supported by General Catalyst, an investor in Airbnb and Snapchat, and is expanding quickly while building a strong sales team to fuel that growth across the United States.
About the Role
This position is for a Business Development Representative who will support the commercial growth team in a fully remote setup. The role is focused on U.S.-based sales activity and is primarily aligned with U.S. business hours.
You will be expected to create qualified meetings through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification. This is a high-volume sales role for someone who enjoys speaking with decision-makers, working through objections, and turning outreach into real opportunities.
For a candidate who is competitive, target-driven, and energized by results, this role can lead to advancement into more senior sales positions as the company grows.
What You Will Do
- Complete more than 100 outbound calls each day.
- Reach out to and engage decision-makers at companies based in the U.S.
- Carry out outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
- Screen prospects and determine which opportunities are worth pursuing.
- Set up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
CRM and Pipeline Management
- Keep HubSpot records accurate and up to date.
- Log outreach efforts and meeting results.
- Work within established sales workflows and follow-up sequences.
- Maintain a well-structured and healthy pipeline.
Collaboration and Development
- Partner closely with Account Executives and sales leaders.
- Take part in coaching and training activities.
- Improve messaging, outreach effectiveness, and conversion performance over time.
- Help drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- Meeting outreach volume expectations consistently.
- Securing qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Showing strong communication skills in sales conversations.
- Becoming a dependable contributor to pipeline growth.
- Demonstrating readiness for broader sales responsibility.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant has at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR, SDR, appointment setting, telesales, or a comparable role. Strong spoken and written English is essential, along with the confidence to handle objections and rejection in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants should be highly goal-focused, competitive, organized, detail-conscious, and comfortable working during U.S. business hours. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in BDR, SDR, appointment setting, inside sales, SaaS sales, B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation are especially encouraged to apply.
