About the Role
Join a fast-moving technology sales team supporting an AI-powered financial health platform used by millions of employees at well-known companies. This Business Development Representative position is designed for someone eager to build or grow a career in sales while contributing directly to company expansion by finding, engaging, and qualifying potential employer partners.
In this role, you will own early-stage pipeline creation and help generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives. Success in the position depends on persistence, structured execution, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, and social channels to connect with prospective customers.
- Research accounts and contacts thoroughly so outreach is tailored and relevant to each target.
- Assess lead quality using defined qualification criteria and book discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Hit or surpass performance targets tied to meetings held, pipeline created, and outreach activity.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, with careful tracking of outreach, progress, and lead status.
- Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and outreach tactics to improve conversion and response rates.
- Work closely with peers and partners across Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to exchange insights and support team outcomes.
- Take part in coaching, training, and peer learning to continuously strengthen sales technique and product knowledge.

Compensation
The role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus commission, with a stated compensation range of $50,000 to $68,000.
