Role summary
As a Certifying Staff Inspector, you will carry out visual and dimensional checks against approved quality plans for incoming, in-process, and completed engine parts. You will work alongside operations teams to help maintain regulatory and quality compliance, and you will issue ARC documentation so components can be returned to service.

What you will do
- Check that parts conform to all specified quality requirements.
- Confirm that work clearance is correct and that documentation and job completion are accurate and complete.
- Stop non-conforming parts from moving to the next process stage.
- Support Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers in assessments, investigations, audits, and related tasks.
- Gather inspection data and share quality feedback with the engineering teams.
- Carry out visual and dimensional inspections, along with area management for parts.
- Complete scheduled maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Confirm that all maintenance tasks have been finished properly.
- Raise ARC documentation to authorize release of components back into service.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has passed CAAS M10, CO2, TM1, and M15, brings at least 2 years of relevant MRO experience, and has been practicing as certifying staff within the last 6 months. Familiarity with CAAS, EASA, and FAA regulations is important. Experience from a C-rating MRO company will be considered an advantage.
