Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning work to keep properties hygienic and presentable
• Carry out routine tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, vent cleaning, and restroom cleaning
• Handle specialized work like washing windows and cleaning carpets
• Inspect areas before and after cleaning and record the condition found
• Report any defects, maintenance issues, or repair needs to the appropriate team
• Restock supplies and keep assigned facility areas organized and maintained
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene requirements
• Follow the company’s cleaning standards and procedures consistently

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional cleaning position
• Valid driver’s license and access to a working vehicle
• Practical knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment use
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality work
• Good organizational and communication abilities
• Capable of working on your own as well as with a team
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and supplies safely
• Must have an iPhone for work-related communication
• Ability to adjust to different sites, schedules, and cleaning conditions
• Good physical stamina and mobility for active cleaning duties
