Job Summary

In this role, you will work with close oversight to keep the property sanitary, orderly, and safe for everyone who uses it.

Key Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness of office and lobby floors, windows, doors, and walls.
• Sanitize restrooms, including floors, sinks, counters, toilets, and fixtures.
• Keep cabins and lodges clean and in good condition.
• Check the building interior, exterior, grounds, and shared spaces throughout the day to ensure they remain free of trash and debris.
• Take care of common areas and keep cleaning supplies organized and available.
• Regularly clean glass surfaces so they remain free from smudges and dirt.
• Remove waste from shared spaces and restrooms so common areas stay clear of litter.
• Escalate damaged or unsafe items to facility personnel for repair or replacement.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• You should be comfortable managing several tasks or priorities at once.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this position is $15.00 to $16.00, with the final rate based on individual factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, and any applicable licenses or certifications.

Along with pay, the role may include a benefits package that covers health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching. It may also qualify for discretionary bonuses and other short- or long-term incentive compensation, such as deferred cash or equity.
