About the Role
This position is for a Collection Executive supporting payment follow-up and recovery activities in Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, and Amalapur. The role focuses on ensuring outstanding dues are tracked, customer communication is handled professionally, and collection updates are maintained accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers to follow up on overdue payments.
- Send payment reminders by phone and email to customers with pending balances.
- Maintain and submit daily collection reports.
- Work closely with the accounts and sales teams to coordinate collection efforts.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should be a graduate with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. A basic understanding of billing and accounting is important, along with the ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.
Additional Requirements
The role calls for a high level of self-drive and the ability to handle customers in a courteous yet firm manner.
