Role overview
As a Collection Specialist, you will support customers by guiding them through repayment, clarifying loan-related terms, and handling their concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Key responsibilities
- Share key loan information, including due dates, repayment amounts, interest, charges, and other payment-related details.
- Explain the available payment methods and walk customers through the repayment process.
- Address queries connected to loan disbursal as well as repayment matters.
- Communicate in a courteous, clear, and effective manner throughout customer calls.
Skills and qualifications
- A full-time undergraduate degree is required.
- Previous experience in calling or voice-based work will be considered an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills are needed.
- You should be able to manage customer conversations calmly, patiently, and with clarity.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
