Role overview

This position is based in Kanpur and focuses on ground operations, courier movement, and dispatch activities. The role supports timely and safe completion of work across station and hub environments, including ramp and sort tasks where needed.

Core duties

• Handle on-road ground operations and dispatch work.
• Manage pick-up and delivery assignments for both domestic and international shipments.
• Carry out picking and packing activities as part of the movement process.
• Support customer service needs related to courier operations.
• Complete operational steps at station and hub locations, including ramp and sort activities when required.
• Ensure every process is finished safely and within the required timeframe.
