  • Develop original ad concepts, hooks, and scripts, then refine them with input from senior creative leadership.
  • Rapidly rework existing advertisements into multiple new versions to support high-volume testing and iteration.
  • Partner with video editors to transform existing footage into fresh ad concepts and provide clear creative direction and review.
  • Create and edit ads directly when needed, even without dedicated editing support.
  • Learn and adopt new tools quickly, including AI creative platforms, editing software, and growth analytics tools.
  • Stay close to customer feedback by reviewing ads, comments, and product reviews, and use those insights to guide creative decisions.
