Crew - Late Night Shift

About the Role

Wendy’s is looking for a Crew Member for its late-night shift in Chicago, Illinois. This role is part of a team where new hires are welcomed from day one and given the support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude and be ready to support coworkers and guests.
• Stay open to learning and contribute to a productive, service-focused environment.
• Take initiative to correct issues when something is not right.
• Remain on your feet and keep moving through most, if not all, of the shift.
• Operate standard restaurant tools and equipment, including a headset, register, and grill.
• Follow brand procedures and quality standards while preparing food, serving customers, and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable.

Requirements

• Comfort with standing and moving for the majority of the work shift.
• Ability to use common restaurant equipment such as a headset, cash register, and grill.
• Willingness to follow company standards for food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
