Work Style and Growth

New hires begin as wash technicians if needed and are trained to clean gutters, siding, roofs, decks, patios, truck fleets, and to hang Christmas lights. Training also covers safety, customer service, and company culture. Progression through the company’s 5 Star Technician program is based on performance, and many trainees advance within about 3 months. Strong performers may move into Crew Leader responsibilities quickly, and experienced candidates may be considered directly for the Crew Leader role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field crews while serving customers on job sites.
• Carry out exterior cleaning work on gutters, siding, roofs, decks, patios, truck fleets, and Christmas light installation.
• Follow safety procedures and customer service standards.
• Train and guide technicians as part of the 5 Star Technician path.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the company culture.

Requirements

• Ability to comfortably lift more than 50 lbs. and carry ladders safely.
• Comfort working at heights and on roofs.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong team mindset and willingness to work collaboratively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to accept feedback.
• Physical toughness and enjoyment of outdoor work in varying weather.

Additional Information

This is a one-location position with no remote work option. The schedule includes 8 to 10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.
