Role Overview
SHARAF ELECTRONICS ESCO is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Dubai to support customer engagement, promote telecom plans, and maintain a high standard of service across business, institutional, government, and Emirati customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote Etisalat plans that are suited to businesses, institutions, government organizations, and Emirati customers.
- Explain plan features, advantages, and pricing clearly to prospective clients.
- Look for ways to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
- Deliver strong customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions.
- Develop long-term trust and relationships with customer accounts through open, responsive communication.
- Manage complaints and offer suitable solutions or alternatives within required timelines.
- Assess customer needs accurately to support satisfaction and retention.
- Follow company communication standards, procedures, and guidelines consistently.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and respond to inquiries without delay.
- Spot recurring issues in customer calls and report patterns to the team leader.
- Keep product knowledge up to date so customer questions can be answered confidently.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints carefully.
- Share feedback that can help improve overall customer service efficiency.
- Stay organized while handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer care, or front desk role.
- Graduation or a diploma is mandatory.
- Applicants must be below 30 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
