Role overview

As a Client Success Manager, you will own the client experience from start to finish and keep every project on track. In this role, you will coordinate the full delivery of digital campaigns for major FMCG and international brands such as L'Oreal, Unilever, and Colgate. The position calls for someone who thinks like a project manager, stays highly focused on deadlines and KPIs, and works with the confidence and strategic judgment of a consultant when dealing with global stakeholders.

Client success and strategic communication

Act as the main contact for brand managers across markets, keeping communication proactive, professional, and backed by data-driven recommendations.
Turn client briefs into clear campaign structures, tailored rating criteria, and performance claims aligned with research objectives.
Create detailed post-campaign reports that show impact and help shape future investment decisions.

Project and timeline management

Take full ownership of campaign schedules and make sure every stage, from recruitment through to review collection, is completed on time.
Use ClickUp or a comparable project management platform to maintain visibility across all project stages for both internal teams and external clients.
Work closely with the Campaign Lead and Acquisition Manager to overcome recruitment challenges and adjust plans early to protect timelines.

Content and technical coordination

Prepare practical briefs for social amplification materials and video storyboards, and manage feedback between clients and external designers while protecting brand standards.
Guide the tone and direction of campaign copy and localized instructions so engagement stays strong across different markets.

Background and working style

The ideal candidate should have experience in a digital agency or market research setting and be comfortable with fast-moving agency workflows and strict data accuracy. You should be highly organized, process-oriented, and confident treating project management tools such as ClickUp as the single source of truth. Strong client-facing experience is essential, along with the ability to manage expectations calmly, tactfully, and with a service-first approach.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in project management or client success within a digital agency or market research environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project timelines and milestones using ClickUp or a similar project management tool, along with Google Suite.
Strong experience handling client relationships and global stakeholders with diplomacy, patience, and a service-focused attitude.
Good analytical ability to track campaign performance metrics and address recruitment issues before they affect delivery.
Comfort working with creative teams to brief assets, review feedback, and refine messaging for better user engagement.
Ability to use generative AI tools to improve content frameworks, drafting, and client communication.
A degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in a regional language such as Tagalog, Cantonese, Bahasa, Thai, or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
An entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset with a practical, hands-on approach suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
