Role overview

This Data Analyst position sits within a data team that combines the agility of a scale-up with the stability and resources of an established business. The role offers genuine ownership, fast decision-making, and space to influence how the team works. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, tackle complex problems independently, and help turn data into clear actions for stakeholders.

The focus is not only on producing analysis, but on identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, establishing the analytical foundation for decisions, and ensuring stakeholders understand what to do with the insights they receive.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain reliable, scalable data models and pipelines.
• Turn business questions into well-structured analytical work and present findings in the format stakeholders need.
• Work with teams across the company to strengthen data quality, transparency, and ease of access.
• Help build and improve the organization's data culture, standards, and day-to-day working practices.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a comparable role.
• Strong SQL knowledge, along with practical experience using dbt.
• Hands-on exposure to Power BI.
• The ability to advise stakeholders thoughtfully, both in communication and in understanding business context.
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.
• Interest in improving processes and efficiency, including through ML- and LLM-based approaches.
