About Cuein
Cuein is developing an AI co-pilot for customer experience teams, powered by large language models to improve support outcomes, reduce escalations and drop-offs, and help customers get better answers. The platform provides real-time mining and visibility into conversation transcripts so teams can deliver stronger support across chatbots, live chat, voice bots, voice calls, cases, and related channels.
The company was started by a group of people who care deeply about conversation and have previously built AI and ML products at Salesforce, Uber, Google, and Facebook. Role Overview
Cuein is seeking a Data Annotation Specialist to help solve challenging problems in the LLM, NLP, and NLU space, specifically for multi-turn conversational data.
Key Responsibilities
- Label conversational datasets and review QA outputs to help improve upstream large language models.
- Help shape the conversational taxonomy, which is a major differentiator in the product.
- Work with data scientists to improve annotation rules and implement better data-annotation workflows.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML data annotation, data analysis, data curation, and/or prompt engineering.
- A startup-oriented mindset with the ability to act thoughtfully and independently with limited guidance.
- Strong curiosity about data, excellent attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the company’s mission.
- Preferred: professional and/or native fluency in one or more popular European languages other than English.
Compensation and Benefits
The stated compensation range is USD 70,000 to USD 80,000 per year. The company also offers an equity package, a benefits plan, unlimited PTO, and flexible family-friendly work-from-anywhere arrangements.
