About the Role

Wisdomleaf Technologies is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions. This role involves creating efficient data pipelines, ensuring high data quality, and implementing comprehensive ETL processes for seamless data migration and deployment across various systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain complex data processing workflows using tools like Apache Beam or similar technologies.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust testing and validation procedures.
• Optimize existing ETL processes for improved performance and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and database design principles.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter or similar products.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or Scala.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
