Role Overview

The Delivery Driver will support day-to-day logistics and transport activities by ensuring documents, items, and company materials are moved accurately, securely, and on time. The role also includes maintaining vehicle readiness, handling paperwork, and representing the company professionally while carrying out deliveries and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep daily operations running smoothly by preparing and submitting required paperwork such as dispatch logs, petty cash statements, and cheque-related records.
• Ensure business continuity by completing deliveries and collections of goods and documents on schedule, while maintaining proper records of requests, recipients, and approvals.
• Take responsibility for assigned vehicles by keeping them clean, safe, and roadworthy, and promptly reporting any concerns that may affect use.
• Protect company products and materials by loading, transporting, and handling them carefully so they remain secure and undamaged.
• Use vehicles and related equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following all company instructions and safety practices.
• Maintain a valid driving licence and a strong safety record, demonstrating accountability at all times.
• Act professionally and build confidence when entering company sites, homes, or secure premises.
• Project a polished and professional image that aligns with company standards during all assignments.
• Assist logistics and operations by supporting product transfers, relocations, long-distance deliveries, and external warehouse-related tasks.

Requirements

• A valid driving licence with a clean driving history.
• Ability to drive safely and responsibly in different road and weather conditions.
• Prior exposure to delivery, logistics, or transport work is an advantage.
• Strong reliability, ownership, and attention to detail when managing deliveries and records.
• Comfort working independently with limited supervision and managing time well.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and unload items as needed.
• Trustworthiness for handling sensitive deliveries and accessing restricted locations professionally.
• Good communication skills for dealing courteously with internal teams and external contacts.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and support ad hoc operational needs.

Additional Information

This role is based in Changi, East Region, Singapore. It is a full-time, onsite position.
