Role overview

The team is looking for an accomplished Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of education and learning programmes. The position focuses on coordinating cross-functional delivery teams, creating strong learner experiences, nurturing stakeholder partnerships, and making sure programmes run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role also contributes to ongoing improvement, operational effectiveness, and strong learner outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Create and refine practical processes that strengthen the quality and consistency of programme delivery.
- Guide and support programme coordinators, facilitators, mentors, and other members of the delivery function.
- Serve as the main point of escalation for complex issues involving programmes or learners.
- Work closely with learner support teams to help deliver positive participant results.
- Coordinate facilitators and mentors so programmes are delivered successfully.
- Assist with attracting, onboarding, engaging, and retaining facilitators.
- Track programme results and review operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with important stakeholders and programme partners.
- Partner across teams to meet delivery targets and shared goals.
- Spot, prioritise, and actively manage operational risks during programme delivery.
- Help build scalable systems, processes, and operational tools.
- Bring programme needs and stakeholder feedback into planning and operations discussions.
Requirements
- Proven background in programme delivery within higher education, professional learning, training, or a related setting.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and helping people develop.
- Strong capability in operational management and process enhancement.
- Ability to handle complex problems and resolve escalations effectively.
- Experience working with mentors, facilitators, coaches, or learner support staff.
- Well-developed stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- Confidence in identifying and managing operational risks ahead of time.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with varied stakeholder groups.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding learner, customer, or participant experiences.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving and changing environment.
- Experience balancing quality outcomes with commercial and operational priorities.

Recruitment process
