About the Role

This position is centered on developer relations for a privacy-oriented AI platform. Key Responsibilities

The role combines community outreach, technical storytelling, product feedback, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as a bridge between external developers and internal teams while representing the company in public forums and at developer events.

• Develop strong connections with developers, partners, and open-source communities.
• Run developer-facing sessions such as AMAs, office hours, webinars, workshops, and hackathons.
• Gather, organize, and present developer feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Identify influential developers, projects, and communities for potential partnerships.
• Produce and update technical assets such as blogs, tutorials, sample applications, videos, documentation, and SDK guides.
• Create demos, prototypes, and reference implementations that demonstrate practical use cases.
• Help improve onboarding, documentation quality, API usability, and overall developer experience.
• Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and online developer communities.
• Convert complex technical ideas into clear messaging that resonates with developers.
• Work with marketing to keep technical narratives aligned with brand positioning.
• Measure and share community sentiment, engagement, and adoption outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to keep developer needs reflected in product direction.
• Support launch planning for new APIs, SDKs, and developer-focused features.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions and help keep developer experience a priority.
• Take part in early technical conversations with prospects and partners.
• Serve as a trusted technical voice through speaking, open-source involvement, and community participation.
• Stay informed about relevant tools, frameworks, and trends in the developer ecosystem.
• Mentor internal teams on better developer communication and community practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Prior experience in Developer Advocacy, Developer Relations, or Technical Community Management.
• Strong practical knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js, with the ability to build production-ready code and explain it to others.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and maintaining applications or APIs.
• Ability to create engaging technical material such as tutorials, sample projects, blog posts, videos, or documentation.
• Comfort presenting at conferences, meetups, webinars, or internal talks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for public-facing audiences.
• Experience engaging developer communities through events, GitHub, forums, or social channels.
• Solid understanding of developer experience principles and best practices.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Strong experience with Llama.cpp and ggml inference engines, including support for deploying models to specific GPU architectures.
• Exposure to AI or ML technologies such as LLMs, chatbots, or AI-enabled SDKs and APIs.

Preferred Profile

• Background in designing, documenting, or promoting SDKs and developer tools.
• Experience building or integrating web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in software development or developer relations.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Codex, or similar workflows.
• Contributions to open-source projects or maintenance of public GitHub repositories.
• Understanding of DevRel success metrics such as reach, engagement, and adoption.
• Exposure to technical writing, developer education, or public speaking.
• Interest in community building, mentoring, and enabling developers through content and collaboration.
