Role overview
Revolution Beauty is hiring a Digital Designer to shape eye-catching creative that performs across paid media, ecommerce, and digital marketing channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will help translate the brand into persuasive digital experiences that support engagement and conversion at every key touchpoint.
This position is best suited to an experienced digital designer who is comfortable working hands-on, has practical experience with AI-assisted creative tools, and is eager to keep developing that capability. A solid background in paid social, motion design, and ecommerce creative is important, as the role covers a broad mix of campaign, CRM, website, and retail-facing assets.
Key responsibilities
You will create and adapt platform-ready creative for a range of digital channels, including social advertising, CRM, web content, and retail marketing. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external partners to shape concepts, refine assets, and maintain a consistent brand presence across formats.
Paid social and performance creative
- Build effective, channel-specific creative for Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and retail media placements.
- Develop static, animated, and short-form video assets for paid social and performance campaigns.
- Use testing feedback and campaign results to improve and refine creative outputs.
- Work with the paid marketing agency to develop ideas that improve engagement and conversion through clear storytelling, strong pacing, and effective visual structure.
Motion and video
- Produce motion-led creative for paid and organic digital activity.
- Create compelling short-form video content and use AI tools where helpful to speed up production.
Ecommerce and DTC
- Design digital assets that support the full customer journey, including website content, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
- Assist with PDP development and digital merchandising across Amazon and retail partners.
- Build and maintain website sections, landing pages, and digital design systems in Figma.
Digital campaigns
- Create assets for email marketing, product launches, and major seasonal campaigns.
- Rework creative for different channels and formats while keeping the brand experience consistent.
Creative systems and workflow
- Contribute to more efficient design processes that can support high-volume asset production.
- Collaborate with the Brand Design Lead to improve and uphold brand guidelines and design systems.
AI and creative innovation
- Promote the use of AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, concept development, and production.
- Explore emerging AI solutions for moodboarding, concept generation, and content creation.
What you need
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of digital design experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands. Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or performance marketing settings is highly relevant for this role.
You should have a portfolio that demonstrates strong paid social creative, motion work, and digital campaign delivery. Practical experience designing for Meta, TikTok, and other digital-first platforms is essential.
Strong hands-on capability with Adobe Creative Suite is required, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. You should also be comfortable with motion design and video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
A strong eye for typography, layout, and composition is important, along with working knowledge of Figma for design systems, digital layouts, and collaborative design work. You should understand how performance-led creative influences engagement and conversion.
