Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The position is focused on technical pre-sales and estimation support, helping shape tailored solutions during the sales process. The selected professional will work closely with sales and project teams to understand client needs, build proposed solutions, and support delivery of strategic assignments.

Key Duties

The role involves applying technical knowledge to support client discussions and solution development throughout the sales cycle.

• Offer technical guidance and consultation during pre-sales discussions.
• Work with sales and project teams to build customized solutions for customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical demonstrations and presentations.
• Develop proposals and solution documents aligned with client expectations.
• Design system integrations and ensure the proposed solution is technically sound.
• Respond to client technical questions and provide clear, practical explanations.
• Support the execution and coordination of strategic projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should bring experience in technical support and pre-sales, along with the ability to design solutions and communicate them effectively.

• Background in technical support and pre-sales with consultation and solution-design exposure.
• Solid capability in sales coordination and project management.
• Understanding of system integration and deployment of advanced technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the skill to convert technical ideas into client-ready material.
• Prior exposure to security systems, fire safety systems, and ELV systems is considered an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for working with varied client groups.
