Job Summary

Mirodec is looking for an Estimator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should bring at least 3 years of experience in pricing work related to glass, mirrors, and decorative metals, along with a solid grasp of the full estimating workflow. The role involves reviewing bills of quantities or client drawings and turning them into accurate price quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize cost information covering materials, labor, and equipment.
• Study project drawings and specifications to define the full scope of work.
• Develop initial cost estimates and support the review of final pricing submissions.
• Keep cost records and estimating tools current and well maintained.
• Support senior estimators in building project cost proposals.
• Work closely with sales and project teams to support precise project planning.
• Carry out site visits when additional project details are required for estimation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in glass, metal, or fit-out projects is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent level of hands-on experience is required.
• Applicants should have a detail-focused and systematic work style.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications is expected.
