Role Overview
This position is for an Executive Administrator based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role supports day-to-day office operations and helps the business run efficiently while contributing to wider organizational goals.
Work Schedule
The role follows a 5-day workweek with weekends off.
Compensation
The salary offered is up to AED 7,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates should only consider applying if this range matches their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for daily communication with vendors, partners, suppliers, and internal teams over email.
- Monitor attendance and coordinate meetings.
- Manage ZOHO Inventory operations, including import arrangements, goods receipt, stock placement, and tracking inventory levels across physical and online channels.
- Handle order processing and finance-related support such as issuing invoices, purchasing new collections, maintaining purchase order and billing records, managing corporate cards and petty cash, and processing Facebook and Instagram payments.
- Carry out data entry duties, website updates, product setup, online order processing, and creation and upkeep of items in ZOHO Inventory.
- Support asset procurement by coordinating with the Procurement team and visiting supplier stores when needed.
- Arrange photoshoots from time to time.
- Take on any additional duties related to the role as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the UAE.
- Strong command of English is essential.
- Working knowledge of computers, including MS Office, at an intermediate level.
- Well-developed organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new responsibilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and readiness to operate in a startup-style environment.
- Prior exposure to CRM platforms will be an advantage.
