This full-time Executive Assistant position supports the Sales Manager in an office-based setting in Havant, Hampshire. The working hours are 08:30am to 16:30pm, Monday to Friday. The package includes a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, along with a company-wide bonus and benefits.
The business is a fast-growing, family-run healthcare specialist that works with care homes, hospices, and the NHS to provide clinically proven solutions designed to reduce pressure ulcers and improve patient comfort. It operates with a purpose-led culture, strong commercial momentum, and significant investment in people, systems, and leadership.
This role is suited to someone who is energetic, highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership of the non-selling side of sales support. You will be a central support figure for a driven commercial leader and the wider sales team, helping keep activity structured, accurate, and moving forward.
What the role involves
You will serve as the main executive support contact for the Sales Manager, taking responsibility for the administrative and coordination work that enables the manager to stay focused on sales growth. The position also includes oversight of a small internal sales administration function.

- Keep follow-up moving across the sales team so actions are completed on schedule

- Prepare weekly forecasts, daily sales updates, and monthly reporting
- Organise inboxes, calendars, meetings, agendas, and pre-meeting preparation
- Attend meetings, record actions, and ensure they are followed through to completion
- Respond to customer questions and manage communications on behalf of the Sales Manager
- Support and coordinate a small internal sales administration team
- Help refine sales procedures, documentation, and playbooks
