Role Overview

This position is based on a client site in Cork or Dublin and involves coordinating locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland, with remote oversight plus occasional site visits when needed. The Facility Coordinator will help plan, organise, and deliver facilities services across a large portfolio of above Ground Installation (AGI) assets. The role is focused on ensuring planned, reactive, and emergency services are carried out safely, compliantly, and to a high standard across a geographically spread network of operational gas sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contractor activity and support operational teams.
  • Help keep AGI sites safe, compliant, cost-controlled, and professionally presented.
  • Build and update annual, quarterly, and monthly service plans.
  • Serve as the main contact for emergency and reactive works, ensuring prompt and safe resolution with client Operations teams.
  • Oversee contractors and confirm that work has been completed as required.
  • Support compliance, safety, and technical assurance activities.
  • Assist with financial control, budget tracking, and cost reporting.
  • Keep CAFM records accurate and maintain reporting outputs.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in facilities coordination or asset management.
  • Hands-on experience with CAFM or FM systems for work order control and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Competence with PCs, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety requirements.
  • A full driving licence.
