About the role
Axis Max Life Insurance Limited is hiring a Finance Associate at the fresher level in Kolkata. The role supports finance operations, reporting, coordination, and cross-functional execution within a life insurance business environment.
Key responsibilities
- Help prepare financial reports and analytical summaries that aid business decisions.
- Engage with vendors, clients, and partners in discussions aimed at improving financial outcomes.
- Support hiring activity for finance-related roles and help maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
- Work with teams across functions to move financial initiatives and projects forward.
- Track and review financial information to spot patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining financial policies and procedures that improve efficiency and compliance.
- Provide support to senior leaders in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
