Role Overview

The Educator position is central to the brand’s retail success. This role is responsible for delivering excellent guest service in-store, building genuine connections with shoppers, offering clear product education, and representing the company’s community values in an authentic way.

Guest Experience

• Engage with guests in a timely and respectful manner so their experience is smooth and positive.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions for purchases, exchanges, and returns.
• Explain product features, benefits, and technical details in a way that helps guests make informed decisions.
• Support end-to-end transactions and omnichannel services accurately and within company standards.
• Remain active on the sales floor, assisting several guests and handling changing store needs throughout the shift.
• Listen to guest feedback and work with store leadership to resolve concerns and improve the experience.
• Share information about local community programs and help carry out regional or store-level community initiatives.

Teamwork and Collaboration

• Help build a respectful and inclusive workplace where differences are acknowledged and valued.
• Develop positive, supportive working relationships with all team members.
• Work with colleagues to maintain strong guest service and smooth store operations.

Store Operations

• Carry out product presentation tasks such as restocking, relocating, or returning merchandise to the floor according to store standards.
• Use store technology to support operations and improve the guest experience.
• Complete cleaning duties during the shift to maintain the store’s premium environment.
• Follow people safety procedures to help keep the workplace safe.
• Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Eligibility and Work Expectations

• You must be legally allowed to work in the store’s jurisdiction.
• You should be available to work a flexible schedule.
• You need to be comfortable moving around the store for most of the shift.
• You should be willing to work both as part of a team and independently when needed.

Preferred Background

• A high school or secondary school diploma, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred but not mandatory.
