Role Overview
Pülse NWA is seeking a creative Graphic Design Intern for a summer 2026, 3-month placement in Bentonville, Arkansas, with a hybrid work setup. The role is designed for a design student or early-career designer who wants to strengthen a portfolio while contributing to real projects that support community engagement and brand growth.
What You’ll Work On
- Create eye-catching visuals for social media posts, stories, and promotions
- Design posters, flyers, and digital ads for events and campaigns
- Build web graphics and UI elements for the Pülse NWA platform
- Prepare email marketing templates and newsletter visuals
- Partner with the marketing team to produce brand-consistent creative assets
- Keep visual output aligned across digital and print channels
- Refine designs using feedback and performance insights
- Contribute to the development and growth of the Pülse NWA style guide
Qualifications
Candidates should be currently enrolled in a graphic design, marketing, or similar program. Strong design fundamentals, close attention to detail, and familiarity with social media design requirements are important. Applicants must be comfortable collaborating with others, taking constructive feedback, and meeting deadlines.
Tools and Portfolio
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and related tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is expected. A portfolio showcasing design work is required and may be submitted as a link or PDF.
