About the Role
Instalogic Marketing, a dynamic and rapidly expanding full-service marketing agency based in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a creative Graphic Designer. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about the creative design process and looking for a long-term career. You will be responsible for developing visual solutions for a diverse range of brands and projects, encompassing both digital and print media. The position requires a proactive approach, a willingness to experiment with new ideas, and a client-focused mindset that can adapt to evolving project demands and client expectations. A strong understanding of visual design and UI design is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and clean designs for various projects and media, including advertisements, websites, brochures, logos, corporate identity packages, posters, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Create artwork and web page designs in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects and clients concurrently.
- Design layouts for websites.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Formal training in graphic design is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional design experience is necessary.
- Possess a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency in industry-standard applications, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Solid understanding of production, pre-press, print, and web-based technologies.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
