Graphic Designer

About the Role

Based in the Robina office on the Gold Coast, this Graphic Designer position focuses on producing and maintaining Studio M’s visual materials across print and digital touchpoints. The role plays an important part in keeping customer-facing communications polished, accurate, and aligned to brand standards.

You will be responsible for building and updating brochures, signage, point-of-sale material, and campaign assets, while also handling signage and ticketing for the Studio M retail space. The role places a strong emphasis on streamlining workflows, delivering high-quality output, and presenting large amounts of product information in a clear and easy-to-navigate format.

In this position, you will work closely with the Studio M Retail Team, Senior Creative, National Display Home and Studio M Retail Manager, and report to the State Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Studio M visual collateral in line with brand guidelines, ensuring all customer-facing communications look premium and consistent.
• Design and oversee signage and ticketing for the Studio M retail space, while improving the systems and processes behind their delivery.
• Update and manage complex technical documents that support customer-facing brands and product information.
• Assist with the launch of new Queensland display homes by preparing signage and launch collateral that supports a strong customer experience.
• Partner with the Studio M team, Display National Manager, and wider marketing colleagues to deliver creative work that is also practical and commercially effective.

Requirements

• Formal training in Graphic Design, along with more than 5 years of experience in a busy creative studio or in-house marketing setting.
• Strong working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Premiere Pro, plus solid capability with MS365 tools, including SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to handle detailed documents and large volumes of product content in a structured, customer-friendly way.
• Experience creating assets for print, press, digital, point-of-sale, signage, and large-format applications.
• Excellent conceptual thinking, layout ability, and attention to detail.
• A cooperative approach and the confidence to work with several stakeholders to turn ideas into finished work.
