Overview
Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is looking for a Valet Parker/Driver to support hotel operations by delivering a polished, guest-focused service. In this role, you will be expected to maintain a high and reliable standard of service while assisting customers with vehicle parking in the designated valet area.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and dependable service to hotel guests and customers.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles within the assigned valet parking zone.
- Represent the hotel in a professional manner while interacting with guests.
- Support smooth day-to-day valet and driver operations in line with hotel service standards.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations is required, along with strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
