Role overview

TouchPoint Support Services is looking to add full-time Housekeepers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role is focused on keeping healthcare and service environments clean, orderly, and welcoming. This position is available immediately.

Work location and schedule

The assignment is based at TouchPoint, 1923 South Utica Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74104. Applications are accepted online only. The schedule is full time, and workdays may change. Typical hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional details shared during the interview.

What the job involves

Housekeepers support a clean and comfortable environment by carrying out light cleaning tasks across facilities such as hospitals, hotels, and restaurants. The work includes room upkeep, linen handling, floor care, and responding to cleaning-related issues as needed.

Primary duties

• Deliver attentive service and respond to customer needs with care.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and shine floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstered surfaces when required.
• Dust furniture and fixtures and keep surfaces polished.
• Clean metal fixtures and related fittings.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste safely and hygienically.
• Clean sinks, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe glass surfaces clean.
• Make beds and replace linens as needed.
• Return furniture and amenities to the correct layout.
• Handle guest questions and requests professionally.
• Respond to housekeeping issues such as spills or broken glass.
• Work cooperatively with team members and maintain a professional manner.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

Experience needed

Previous housekeeping experience is required. The employer also notes a willingness to train.

The pay rate is fixed at $15.00 per hour.
