Role Summary
Bravo International Co. is hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Coordinator in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position supports the day-to-day functioning of the HR department by keeping employee records up to date, helping with joining and exit procedures, managing HR paperwork, administering benefits, and responding to staff questions. The role also contributes to recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, training support, reporting, and compliance with local labor requirements, while helping foster a healthy workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support routine HR operations and maintain accurate employee files and records.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including the related documentation.
- Help coordinate HR forms, letters, and other employee documentation.
- Assist in benefits administration and basic compensation-and-benefits processes.
- Respond to employee queries and guide staff toward the right HR resources.
- Support employee relations efforts and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Help with recruitment tasks such as candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
- Assist in planning and organizing training and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports and related administrative summaries as needed.
- Support adherence to company HR policies and local labor regulations.
- Work with management and cross-functional teams to strengthen workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Strong grounding in Human Resources and HR administration, with practical exposure to daily HR support tasks.
- Good understanding of HR policies and local labor rules, with the ability to apply them consistently.
- Experience or familiarity with benefits administration and compensation-related basics.
- Ability to handle employee relations matters, answer questions, and assist with issue resolution.
- Strong organization, time management, and documentation accuracy.
- Clear written and spoken English communication; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Comfortable using MS Office and HRIS or similar HR software tools.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site in Jeddah and cooperate well with different teams.
