Human Resources Manager

Role overview

An expanding organization is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead both strategic and operational HR responsibilities. This position is suited to someone who enjoys a hands-on environment, can bring order to processes, and works closely with leadership to support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of core HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters.
• Work with leadership to ensure HR priorities are aligned with broader business objectives.
• Manage benefits administration, payroll-related workflows, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Lead hiring efforts, onboarding activities, and employee retention programs.
• Make sure HR practices remain compliant with employment laws and current best practices.
• Guide managers and provide support on people management issues.

What the employer is looking for

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Background handling multiple HR areas such as benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
• Comfortable operating at both a strategic level and a hands-on tactical level.
• Prior leadership or team management experience is preferred.

Schedule and work setup

This is an on-site position.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range is $100,000 to $125,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
