About the Property
The role is based at The House Hotel Jeddah King Road. Positioned on the Red Sea coastline, the hotel is designed as a modern city escape that blends coastal lifestyle with contemporary hospitality. The property features 129 thoughtfully designed rooms and a lively signature restaurant that serves as both a social gathering point and a dining destination.

The city offers access to landmarks such as the Jeddah Corniche and Al-Balad, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is also connected by King Abdulaziz International Airport, which is located about 20 km from the city center and supports both regional and international travel.
Role Overview
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s technology environment and ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of systems that support daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel’s IT landscape, including networks, servers, computers, and software platforms.
- Keep hotel applications and systems running effectively, including PMS, POS, and other business tools.
- Coordinate IT support efforts and make sure technical issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain cybersecurity controls, data protection processes, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Drive system enhancements, upgrades, technology initiatives, and infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, external service providers, and contract partners.
- Track IT assets and manage the purchase of hardware and software.
- Ensure adherence to internal IT policies and security requirements.
- Guide and train employees on the proper use of IT systems and best practices.
Experience and Skills
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Solid understanding of networking, servers, operating systems, cybersecurity, and technical support.
- Prior exposure to hotel platforms such as PMS and POS is an advantage.
- Capability to handle IT projects, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
- Strong troubleshooting, planning, and communication abilities.
- Leadership capability with experience in supporting or managing a team.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
