Role overview
CX-Dubai is seeking a part-time, remote IT Support Specialist to assist internal teams and event stakeholders with day-to-day technical needs. The position centers on keeping users productive by resolving common tech issues and supporting the tools used for virtual events and workshops.
What you will do
- Handle incoming help desk requests and provide timely technical assistance to users.
- Identify and fix issues related to desktop hardware, software, and general system performance.
- Support collaboration and communication platforms used for online events and workshops.
- Investigate and resolve access, connectivity, and login-related problems.
- Prepare technical setups for virtual sessions so online events run smoothly.
- Record support cases, document resolutions, and keep service notes up to date.
- Escalate more complex technical problems when they require additional expertise.
- Work with other team members to help maintain dependable IT operations.
Skills and experience preferred
- Strong background in technical support and help desk operations.
