What you will do

• Take ownership of smaller project streams and coordinate them independently.
• Act as the main contact person for the client within your area of responsibility, with a strong focus on improving processes.
• Run workshops, expert interviews, and surveys to identify and analyze problems.
• Evaluate complex data, develop practical solution concepts and decision-making materials, and present your findings.

What the company is looking for

• You have completed your university degree with above-average results and may already have gained some initial experience in a consulting environment.
• You think analytically, are comfortable working with numbers, and like turning issues into workable solutions.
• You communicate well and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You are eager to learn about different subject areas and bring a strong service mindset.
• You can be present at the Munich office twice per week and are willing to travel across Germany.
• You have at least C1-level German and can communicate in English.

Additional information

This role is based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany and requires onsite presence twice a week at the Munich office. Travel within Germany is expected. The role is full-time and permanent in nature.
