Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Al Khobar is centered on supporting day-to-day kitchen activity. The kitchen staff member will help prepare ingredients, cook menu items to the required standards, and assist with plating and presentation. The role also includes keeping the work area orderly and sanitary, observing food safety and hygiene practices, and storing food and supplies correctly. In addition, the person may work with kitchen and front-of-house teams to support smooth service, consistent food quality, inventory checks, delivery receiving, and simple guest-related requests passed through the service staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes while following recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen standards.
- Assist with plating and presenting food in a neat and consistent manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen workspace throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety rules, sanitation procedures, and proper storage methods for ingredients and supplies.
- Coordinate with kitchen colleagues and front-of-house staff to help ensure timely service.
- Support consistent food quality and smooth daily kitchen operations.
- Help with inventory checks and the receipt of incoming deliveries when needed.
- Handle basic customer-related requests communicated through the service team.
