Language Trainer

About the Role

This is a flexible part-time contract opportunity for language professionals who want to support the training and assessment of AI language models. The work is fully remote, so you can complete tasks from home and organize your schedule around your availability. Candidates with a background in writing, teaching, translation, tutoring, linguistics, or other language-focused work are especially well suited to the position.

What You’ll Do

• Review AI-generated content and judge it for correctness, natural flow, and overall quality.
• Create brief prompts and original responses that help improve model training.
• Compare multiple AI outputs and rank them using defined review standards.
• Share written observations about language quality and output performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong command of your target language as well as English.
• A bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in a field connected to humanities, languages, or writing.
• Professional exposure to language work such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, annotating, or similar activities.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow evaluation instructions precisely.
• Experience in linguistics, academic writing, data annotation, or AI content review will be considered an advantage.

Compensation

The role offers pay of up to $29 USD per hour, with weekly payouts.

Work Arrangement
