Role overview
This position is based at Store 6002317, 500 Topsail Road, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador A1E 2C2. The Lead Customer Service Representative supports the store leadership team while helping create a fast, friendly, and efficient customer experience.
What the job involves
You will help the store manager and assistant manager with administrative work, welcome customers, operate the cash register, suggest products, and occasionally support the food service area. The role includes working across different parts of the store, both indoors and outdoors, to help keep the location looking its best and to ensure customers receive prompt service.
Daily work is varied, customer-facing, and carried out in an energetic team environment with a focus on completing store tasks efficiently.
