Role Overview
This position supports the movement and control of finished-goods inventory, coordinates logistics tasks with internal and external stakeholders, and contributes to the improvement of logistics processes as needed.

Key Responsibilities
The role involves ensuring goods reach the distribution centre on schedule and in full, managing daily freight bookings and trace activity, maintaining accurate finished-goods records for inventory purposes, and handling day-to-day reconciliation of stock. It also requires adherence to company standards for quality, GMP, hygiene, and food safety, along with close attention to logistics costs and approval requirements.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in dispatch or warehouse operations. Familiarity with SAP data entry is preferred, though not mandatory. Experience with freight bookings is important, as is strong customer communication and the ability to provide service updates and reporting to stakeholders.
