Maintenance O/N Position

Role overview

This overnight maintenance role is based at Walmart Supercenter #754 in Statesboro, Georgia. The position focuses on keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe so customers get a strong first and last impression. Clean-up responsibilities span the parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and other parts of the store environment.

Compensation

The hourly pay range is $14 to $27. The final rate will be at least the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra premiums may also be paid in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work performed. More than one premium can apply when the criteria are met.

Key duties

Janitorial associates are responsible for helping maintain a neat and safe shopping environment across the store. The work is centered on cleanliness, presentation, and day-to-day upkeep of public and back-of-house areas.
